The CA$10.99 introductory month, explained without spin
One month of the complete EagleStream service for the price of a sandwich. No giveaway line, no bait pricing, no feature locked behind a higher tier — just the full library, on one device, for thirty days.
Why we charge for the first month instead of giving it away
Plenty of providers advertise a 24-hour taster at no cost. In practice those run on separate, lightly loaded test servers, expire before a weekend of sport, and tell you almost nothing about how the service behaves on a Tuesday night when everyone is streaming at once.
EagleStream takes the opposite approach. Your introductory month runs on the same production infrastructure as every annual subscriber, with the same channel grid, the same on-demand library and the same support queue. Thirty days is long enough to see a full hockey weekend, a pay-per-view card, a couple of film nights and at least one peak-traffic evening.
The CA$10.99 price is deliberately low enough that the decision costs almost nothing — and high enough that the servers you are testing are the real ones.
What the introductory month gives you
Identical to the 12-month plan in everything except duration.
The complete channel grid
Canadian locals, Québec French networks, US majors, UK and European bouquets, plus international sections from over 40 countries. Detail on the channels page.
The full VOD shelf
Around 9,200 films and 6,400 series with complete seasons, refreshed weekly — no "premium library" upsell.
Live sport and PPV
NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, UFC numbered cards, Premier League, Champions League and Formula 1, prioritised on our delivery network.
The real 7-day EPG
A populated guide with accurate Canadian and American schedules, plus catch-up on major networks.
4K where it exists
Adaptive bitrate that steps down cleanly to FHD or HD instead of freezing when your line tightens.
24/7 bilingual support
Setup help, troubleshooting and channel requests answered in English and French, by people who can change your line.
From order to first channel in four steps
Place the order
Choose Try 1 Month — CA$10.99 on the checkout page and tell us which device you plan to watch on.
We build and test the line
An advisor creates the subscription, attaches the bouquets you asked for and runs a test stream before handing it over.
Install IBO Player
Follow the setup guide for your device, or check the supported devices page first if you are unsure.
Add the playlist once
Enter your MAC address and device key in the IBO Player portal, we attach the line, and 51,000+ channels appear on the screen.
What happens at the end of the month
Nothing automatic. There is no stored card, no silent renewal and no cancellation form to hunt for. A few days before the line expires we send one reminder, and you decide.
If you continue, we extend the existing line — same credentials, nothing to reinstall on your TV. Most people who continue move straight to the 6-month plan at $39.99 or the 12-month plan at $69.99, which works out to $5.83 a month. If you would rather not, you do nothing at all and the line simply ends.
One honest caveat: because access to the content is immediate, the introductory month is not refundable once activated. That is exactly why we priced it at CA$10.99 instead of asking you to commit to a year. The verified exceptions are set out in the refund policy.
Questions about the intro month
No. It is a paid one-month subscription at CA$10.99. We do not give lines away at all — the introductory month is the only entry offer we run.
Nothing. Same channels, same on-demand library, same 4K delivery, same support queue. Only the duration differs.
It is intended for new subscribers, one per household. Returning customers are welcome back on the standard monthly or longer plans.
Typically 5 to 30 minutes, because a person builds and tests the line rather than a script. Overnight orders are handled by the on-call shift.
Check the supported devices page or ask support before ordering — we would rather tell you in advance than take payment for something that will not run.
